Returns and Refunds

On this page, you will find links that will help you learn how to check the status of your refund, track your return, return damaged, defective, or wrong items and more.

Return Items You Ordered

  1. Sign in then go to Your Orders to display your recent orders.
  2. Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.
  3. Select the item you want to return, and select an option from the Reason for return menu.
  4. Choose how to process your return. If applicable, select to issue a refund or replacement.
  5. Select your preferred return method.
  6. Print your return label.

Pack your item securely, following the instructions sent to you when you requested your return.

You can view the status of a return or a refund in Your Orders by selecting View Return/Refund Status next to the relevant order.

Refund will be issued to your original payment method, and in accordance to Sedric Est. Refund Policy

Note: The above steps are applicable only if the product is returnable, and you are returning your item within the return window.

Note: Before returning items on which you’ve saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, please include all the accessories that came with the item, remove all passwords or security locks from the device and erase the information stored on the device.

About Our Returns Policies

Sedric Est.  offer returns for items within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

Sedric Est.  Return Policy

Items shipped from Sedric Est.  can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases through the Online Returns Center. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)

Return process:

  • After the courier picks-up your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
  • We will issue the refund, then it may take 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement or it may take 4 business hours if you request to get the refund to your Sedric Est.  Gift Balance.
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, if available. We may contact you to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement, as applicable. We reserve the right to request further information, or collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement.
  • Some items may be eligible for replacement only. If the exact same product is not in stock, we will issue a refund.

Note:

In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Sedric Est.  reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from Sedric Est. . In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and such action may result in restrictions on your Sedric Est.  account, including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or Sedric Est. ccount closure.

  1. A return address within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. A prepaid return label
  3. A full refund without requesting the item to be returned.
